Sound Healing at Within Reach
Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to help the body relax, reset, and return to balance. In Haley's sound baths you rest comfortably while the room fills with the tones of crystal singing bowls. The frequencies help quiet mental chatter, release tension, and invite a sense of peace and grounding.
No movement or yoga experience is required. You come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. Many people find sound work helpful for stress, difficulty sleeping, muscle tension, anxiety, fatigue, and the feeling of being overwhelmed.
Sound Healing
A deeply restorative sound bath designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and support energetic balance. An hour to slow down and let the nervous system settle.
Yoga with Haley
Haley's yoga classes focus on flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness through guided movement and breathwork. They are thoughtfully designed to improve mobility, support recovery, and build the kind of mind body awareness that carries over into everything else. Every class is built for all levels, with options to modify or intensify throughout.
Slow Flow Yoga
Move slowly, breathe deeply, and soften into each posture with intention. A practice that explores the connection between mind and body through slower movement and steady breath, encouraging presence and curiosity on the mat and off it.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice built for release. Poses are held three to five minutes to gently reach the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. Expect a calm room, supported postures, and permission to slow all the way down.
Foundational Flow Yoga
Build strength, stability, and confidence through intentional movement. This class blends traditional yoga postures with body-weight work to strengthen the whole body while improving balance and mobility. You leave feeling powerful, grounded, and refreshed.
Root Chakra Yoga
Ground down and reconnect. A class designed to cultivate stability, strength, and inner balance through grounding postures, breathwork, and meditation. A nourishing practice focused on anchoring into the body, calming the nervous system, and creating a deep sense of presence.
Haley's Background
Haley comes to this work through dance. She holds a BFA in Dance and has spent years performing and teaching, which gave her a working understanding of how bodies actually move, compensate, and recover. She is a 200-hour certified yoga and aerial yoga instructor.
With that foundation and a deep appreciation for the body's capacity to heal and adapt, she blends strength, flexibility, and intentional movement to help students build greater mind body awareness. Her classes are designed to improve mobility, enhance performance, and support overall well-being, both on and off the mat.
She believes that movement is medicine, and that yoga truly is for every body, regardless of experience level, background, or ability.
Haley is passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where every student feels seen, supported, and capable. Her teaching encourages students to explore their edges, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
What to Expect
In a yoga class, expect to be challenged in a balanced and empowering way while also being guided into moments of stillness and grounding. In a sound session, expect to do nothing at all except get comfortable and listen.
Either way, wear something you can rest or move in, bring a mat if you have one, and bring a layer for sound healing since the body cools as it relaxes. Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in without rushing.
