You know something needs to change. You're just not sure where to start, or how to make it stick.

Tracy Parker is a Jay Shetty Certified Life and Success Coach at Within Reach Healing, working with clients who are ready to move from stuck to intentional. Coaching starts from a simple belief: the answers are already in you. Tracy is here to help you build a life that leaves you feeling joyful, connected, and purposeful, whether that shows up in your career, your relationships, your health, or simply how you move through your days.

Sessions are available virtually over Zoom or in person at the Hinsdale office. Serving Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Clarendon Hills, Burr Ridge, Downers Grove, Western Springs, La Grange, Westmont, and Darien.

"As a life coach, I can't give you the answers, but I can help you find the tools to get there yourself."

What Life Coaching Actually Is

Unlike therapy, which often looks back to understand and heal the past, coaching is forward-focused. It's about setting goals and creating the future you want. Therapy helps you heal the past. Coaching helps you build what's next.

In a coaching relationship, Tracy isn't handing you advice or acting as a mentor. She's helping you discover the tools and insight to help yourself. "I'm not here to hand you advice or tell you what to do," Tracy says. "I'm here to walk alongside you as you uncover the tools and strengths you already have, so you can guide yourself forward."

Tracy likes to compare it to Ted Lasso. A coach, whether it's Ted Lasso or the coach of any team, would most likely get crushed if they stepped onto the field themselves. They aren't saying they're the best player on the team. Their job is to help each player become the best version of themselves in their role. A life coach works the same way. Tracy isn't saying she's figured out life and now she'll tell you how to do it. She's here to help you make the most of yours.

How Coaching With Tracy Works

There's no rigid script. Coaching is built around you, your schedule, and what you're actually trying to move toward, the pacing and specifics get worked out together, starting with your intro call.

1. A 30-Minute Introductory Call — $44

You and Tracy get acquainted, she answers your questions about what coaching is and isn't, and together you decide if it's the right fit. This is also where you'll talk through how often to meet and what you want to focus on.

2. Ongoing Coaching Sessions — $111 per session

One-hour sessions, available virtually over Zoom or in person at the Hinsdale office, scheduled at whatever cadence fits your life. A three-session package is available for $299 for clients who want to commit to a stretch of consistent work.

Coaching is collaborative, not a scorecard. You'll set goals between sessions, and if one doesn't get hit, there's no judgment, only curiosity about what worked, what didn't, and how to break it into a smaller, more achievable step. One small step a week adds up to 52 steps in a year. Carving out a dedicated hour to focus on what matters most to you is rare in a busy life, and it makes a bigger difference than people expect.

Real Client Wins

These are shared with identifying details removed, the way Tracy's clients would want it.

Finally showing up for a dream she'd put off for years

One client had wanted to volunteer in a hospital's neonatal intensive care unit for years, but the logistics, medical records, vaccinations, paperwork, kept falling to the wayside under the weight of everyday life. Through coaching, she took one small step each week until she was cleared. She now spends her Tuesdays rocking babies in the NICU, and calls it one of the most fulfilling things she does.

Rebuilding family connection after a loss

After losing her mother, one client used coaching to think through how to hold onto family connection in the middle of grief. Her goal was to reach out to an aunt who lived close by but wasn't part of her regular life. That one step led to something bigger: her aunt started showing up to her kids' soccer games and events, bringing a supportive presence the whole family had been missing.

A big move, a focused career, and a promotion

Another client came to coaching while planning a major move to a new city. Over about six months of working together, she completed the move successfully and narrowed several scattered jobs down to the one she wanted to grow in, where she's since been promoted and is earning more. Her original goal was simply to get through the move. She left with a lot more than that.

Who Tracy Works With

Tracy works with anyone looking to maximize where they are and move toward more purpose, more joy, and more connection, across every area of life: career direction, family and relationships, health and energy, personal growth, and simply figuring out what you actually want. You don't need a crisis to justify coaching. Most clients start because they know they're capable of more clarity and intention than their current pace of life allows.
